Kelvin Ochuko Enakimoni is the esteemed GMD/CEO of HAVEX & PRIME LIMITED, a renowned real estate firm. A native of the Urhobo tribe, Kelvin was born in the vibrant Eruemukohwarien community in Delta State, Nigeria.

His educational journey began in Ughelli, Delta State, with Otovwodo Primary School and Afiesere Secondary School. In June 2009, he entered Ogwashi-Uku Polytechnic, where he earned a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering in October 2011.

Kelvin’s commitment to excellence is underscored by his certification in Real Estate Management Investment Program (RMI), The Mechanics of Real Estate Finance (MEF), Spatial Networking Real Estate Development (SND), and Real Estate Financial Networking Services (FNS).

In addition to his professional pursuits, Kelvin is a devoted family man, married to Mrs. Eloho Enakimoni, and a proud father of three.
